How can we help you?
General Brand Me
Where are your production established?
Our production is established in the north of Portugal, specifically in Guimarães.
Do you allow factory visits?
We only accept factory visits after you bulk your production and for content purposes exclusively.
From where is your materials?
All the materials are sourced in the EU.
Can I provide my own garments for printing and embroidering?
No, we display a variety of garments which you can customize.
Where can I print and embroidery on my garment?
We provide a specific space range where it's possible for you to print and embroidery.
How should I prepare my artwork for screen/digital print?
You should prepare your artworks in AI and PDF files.
Do you offer any special inks?
We offer a range of prints such as screen and digital.
Do you offer any special embroideries?
We offer traditional and patch embroidery.
Developing Services
What products do you offer?
We offer a range of products, such as hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeves and t-shirts in different grammages.
What are your Minimal Orders Quantities (MOQ'S)?
Our MOQ's are 25 units per style, per color in black and white.
If you choose other colors, the MOQ's are 50 units per style, per color.
Can I order a strike off before the bulk?
You can get a strike off to see your artwork in a pre-developed color for 40€ (Digital Print and Screen Print 1 color). Prices of embroideries and screen print +1 colors strike-offs need to be consulted.
Can I order samples before the bulk?
Yes, you can get a sample. If you choose a garment with a pre-developed colour the sample cost is 100€ and it includes everything such as printing (Digital and Screen Print in 1 color only), labelling and packaging (This last two are not the final ones – it will be a TMR label and package). If you choose a garment with a customized colour, the sample cost adds to 200€ and it’s the same as the 1st option. For samples with embroideries and screen prints with more than 1 color, the price needs to be consulted.
What if I don't like the sample's final result?
We can do other round of sampling and try to reach your desires, but have additional costs.
Can I fully customize my garments?
You can customize your garment regarding to color, composition, embellishment, labelling and packaging.
Can I dye my garments in a specific color?
Yes, we provide all pantones. However, some specific colors have an additional cost.
Does custom color take more time to develop?
Yes, usually a custom color takes more time to develop.
Do all the garments come with labels and size tags?
No, it's a client preference. You can add labels, hang tags and packaging or not.
Do all the garments pass by a quality control process?
Yes, we have a quality control team who assures all the quality control to your products.

Collection in pre developed colors w/labels, hang-tags, packaging, prints/embroideries: 20-25 business days
Collection in pantone colors add 14 business days to each of the above options.

How much time takes to make a sample?
Blank in pantone colors: 14 business days

Billing, Payments, Shipping & Sustainability
How I'm able to pay the garments?
You can pay via Transfer Wire, Credit Card, Klarna, Paypal, Apple Pay.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all the garments from our production in Guimarães.
Will I have to pay duties?
If you are based in Europe you don't have to pay taxes and duties unless you are from Norway, Switzerland and UK. If you buy from outside Europe, you will have to pay specific taxes and duties depending on location.
How sustainable are your production services?
Our parent company, TMR Fashion Clothing is GOTS, GRS, RWS, BCORP and SMETA certified.

TMR was founded in 1998 as a textile company specialized in the production of clothing. The company was created by CEO & Founder, Margarida Máximo, who had a vast experience in this market due to several years as an employee in several companies who performed related activities.
