Return and Refund Policy

Our primary goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Hence, each of our clothing items undergoes rigorous quality checks throughout the production process and before dispatch.

A special advisory for all purchases: due to the unique nature of the materials we employ, particularly those subjected to garment dyeing processes, it is imperative to review the following information prior to placing an order. Our commitment to crafting superior garments sustainably in Portugal is unwavering.

Please note that order cancellations cannot be entertained after 24 hours from the purchase time, as each order is meticulously prepared and tailored according to individual requirements.

Items designated as samples are exempt from any claims.

Minor discrepancies in color, dimensions, and weight are to be anticipated with all products. Measurements are subject to a tolerance of +/- 2cm compared to the size chart provided in the technical specifications. Weight may vary by up to 5% from the indicated grams per square meter (gsm).

Orders subjected to garment dyeing processes allow for a variance in color of 2%-8% compared to pre-developed samples and lab tests, as well as among different dyeing batches. Any deviation beyond 8% warrants a return authorization.

Instances of discoloration, material alterations, shrinkage, or damage resulting from mishandling or washing errors by the end consumer are not eligible for complaint.

In the event of a valid complaint, we reserve the right to opt for a replacement shipment, product rectification, or total or partial refund depending on the grade of the defect.

A valid complaint must comply with the following:

  • End consumer complaint to our customer.
  • Credit notes or letters of commitment to replace the garment object of the claim.
  • Customer must also send physical piece to our facility for QC analysis. Should the claim be valid, we will support all costs.

    • All orders placed on our platform are made to order, implying that once the entire order is produced and dispatched, returns are only accepted if the received garment/s exhibit damage, stains, or defects exceeding the specified allowances.

    Should a delay exceed the confirmed delivery date by 4 weeks, customers reserve the right to cancel the order.

    Claims must be lodged within five calendar days of receiving the order.

    The responsibility for loss or damage during shipments are imputed to the company in charge of the booking, Brand Me or the customer. Please note that insurances for this can be hired along with transport.
